These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Onsmotion mobile application (“Application”). By using the Application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
1. Service Description
Onsmotion is a scale tracking and management application designed for jewelry businesses. The Application provides real-time weight tracking from connected scales, weight-change monitoring, reset records, sales reminder notifications, and gold calculation tools.
2. Account Creation and Security
2.1 Account Requirements
You must create an account to use the Application, provide accurate and current information during registration, and be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential. Do not share your password, and notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Application for unlawful activities, compromise its security, interrupt other users’ service, reverse engineer the Application or attempt to extract source code, use automated bots or scripts, or provide misleading or false information.
4. Device Connection and Data
4.1 Device Compatibility
The Application works only with Onsmotion-approved scales. Contact our technical support team regarding device compatibility.
4.2 Data Accuracy
The accuracy of scale data depends on your device’s calibration. Application data is for informational purposes and must not be used as an official record. Calculation features are indicative only; consult a professional for definitive results.
5. Intellectual Property
The Application and its content are the property of Onsmotion. The logo, design, and software are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
6. Fees
6.1 Subscription
Use of the Application may require a subscription. Pricing details are displayed in the Application or on our website, and price changes will be announced in advance.
6.2 Refund Policy
Refund requests are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Service Warranty
The Application is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and temporary interruptions may occur for technical maintenance.
7.2 Damages
We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect data entry or interpretation, device failures or calibration errors, internet connection problems, or disruptions in third-party services.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
8.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time using in-app settings or by contacting our support team.
8.2 By Onsmotion
We may suspend or terminate your account in the event of a violation of these Terms, unlawful activities, non-payment, or prolonged inactivity of 12 months or more.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to change these Terms without prior notice. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved by the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
